Massachusetts offers a diversion program for some juvenile offenders. You may be eligible for entrance into a diversionary program such as alcohol or drug education or rehabilitation, community service or mentoring, which would allow you to avoid the filing of criminal charges. If you successfully complete the program, no criminal charges will be filed against you and your record will remain clean.
